Return Policy and Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with a ‘Cue Culture purchase or gift for any reason, please call us and/or return it for exchange, merchandise credit or a refund check if the item was purchased by cash. The following policies apply to all returns:

• Call us or email us right away – we want to know what happened and the most convenient way to make it right.
• Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
• Returns with a gift receipt, will be exchanged or refunded for the value indicated on the gift receipt in the form of a merchandise credit.
• Returns without the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded at the current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit.

Returns by Mail

To return an item by mail, please follow the instructions included in the shipping package:

• Please include a letter with your returned merchandise that includes the following information:

Your name
Address
Phone number
Order number
Item name/description
Reason for return
Action to be taken (replacement or merchandise credit)
