Message from the Chef: “The Barbecue Seasoning is a great all purpose dry rub. It consists of approximately one third brown sugar, one third paprika and one third spice mix. The sugar caramelizes nicely at low temperatures sealing in important juices, and the spice blend provides a nice, but not too hot flavor. We use the seasoning on everything we prepare from pork shoulder to ribs to beef brisket to chicken to grilled vegetables.”
